Hello Everyone,

Just a quick note to say thank you to everyone who has been stopping by to read the Heart & Path journals.  I am honored.

The past couple of weeks have been very busy here in the pastoral ministry.  While I have several things churning within my heart that I look forward to journaling, I will have to wait another day or two before I will be able to pen them (okay, click them!).

In the meantime, let's all adhere to the wisdom of Proverbs 23:19: "be wise, and keep your heart on the right path."

Painful Christmas Weekend

The day before, during, and after Christmas was highlighted by a pain surge. There was no apparent reason, other than the typically unpredictable fibromyalgia flaring up. In spite of that, Teresa and I had an immensely great time on Christmas Day with family and friends here at our house.
